Information you give us through our contact form

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form on our Website, we collect:

Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health information) or confidential business information in your message unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosts our Website and server, including our WordPress website and any data stored on it.
  • Microsoft (Azure): delivers the emails sent from our Website, including the notification we receive when you submit the contact form.
  • Google (reCAPTCHA): protects our contact form against spam and abuse. Google’s use of this information is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We may also share your information if we are required to by law, for example in response to a valid request from the police, a court or a regulator, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

If Strixon Ltd is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of its business, your information may be transferred to the new owner. They would continue to protect it in line with this policy.

International transfers

Our Website is hosted on servers in the European Union. The UK recognises the EU as providing adequate protection for personal data.

Some of our service providers, such as Google and Microsoft, may process data in the United States or other countries outside the UK. When this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
